New House Oh My!

Well things can move really fast in the real estate world, as we learned painfully just recently -- we were really excited about this TIC we saw on Sunday - and by Wednesday they had accepted an offer! Doh.

But all things happen for a reason, and just today I did a quick search on Craig's list (actually www.housingmaps.com) and found this place on Waller street.

We saw it tonight (same day), put an offer on it, and got word just now that it was accepted. Just one day, from zero to accepted, wow!
